Do you want to take part in creating Roskilde Festival?
Roskilde Festival could not exist without thousands of volunteers, who contribute to create a fantastic festival experience for the 130,000 participants.
We’re looking for associations who can organize volunteer crews and carry out host and service functions such as being hosts at the campsite, cleaning up, and much more – before, during, and after the festival.
In this way, the associations can raise money for their own activities.
Here you can find all relevant information, including terms, tasks and agreements for participating associations in 2023.
Facts and terms on RF23 (pdf) (Note this document is in Danish)
If you have any questions about participation and the information above, please feel free to contact us.
Deadline for application is 1 March 2023.
Applications received after this deadline will still be read and considered, but the chances of being offered a stall will be reduced.
Join us on a tour for associations at Roskilde Festival 2023 on Thursday 29 June at 15:30-17:30.
Your association can become part of creating Roskilde Festival in the future and at the same time earn money for the benefit of your community and activities. Roskilde Festival is a non-profit festival, and we collaborate with more than 100 non-profit associations that either carry out a service task or run a food stall at Roskilde Festival.
But what does it take to run a food stall at Roskilde Festival? And what value does it create for your association?
On this tour you will, among other things, meet some of the many associations that help create delicious food experiences at the festival and ensure that our 130,000 participants are full. You will get a good insight into what it takes to run a food stall, and you will hear about the value it creates for the associations that today run a small or large food stall.
As part of the tour, we will also visit our volunteer facilities and you will get information about how you can apply to participate with a food stall at Roskilde Festival 2024.
After the tour, it will be possible to experience the rest of the night on the festival.
Registration before Sunday 11 June at 23:59.
We have a limited number of places on this year’s tour, and you must be part of a non-profit association to get a place on the tour.
It is possible to register max. 2 people per association. The tour is free, and you will get something cold to drink along the way.
You will receive an email after the registration deadline if you have been given a place as well as practical information about the meeting place, access to the festival etc.
If you have any questions about the tour, you can contact project manager ea.svenning@roskilde-festival.dk
