WRISTBAND
You can only enter the venue with the wristband you get at the entrance. The wristband is non-transferable. Do not remove the wristband placed on you by the organizers. Wristbands that have been removed, transferred, damaged or tampered with become INVALID: you cannot use them to enter. Wristbands are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. By showing and/or wearing the wristband on the premises you accept the Terms and Conditions of the event, which you have understood and accepted before entering. In particular, you expressly consent to your appearance in video and/or audio recordings on scene and accept that such recordings may be made public without your further permission. You also understand and accept that in case of a serious violation of the Terms and Conditions (e.g. trafficking in illegal drugs or offering, advertising thereof), the organizers will remove your wristband and will expel you from the premises.
The wristband entitles you to stay on the Festival grounds from, September 12th  2022 12 am , till September the 20th 2022 12 Am. 
The wristband entitles you to visit all the programs of the festival.(you will have to sign up for the massage and workshops in advance on the scene).
 

PETS
Pets are not allowed on the festival. We advise you to leave your pets at home or use the services of a pet care kennel. A festival is not the right place to be for your pets. Every year we find dogs left alone in cars or tied to a tent or tree during the festival. Please leave your pets in good care of a friend at home.

CHILDREN

You are welcome to bring your children. Usually there are plenty of kids around for them to play with. However, please keep a watchful eye on them, this is a large festival. We accept no responsibility what so ever for your kids. Your children remain your responsibility.

TICKETS

Conditions of sale: A ticket is a revocable license to the bearer only and may be revoked at any time for any reason. The holder of a ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued. Whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. Holder voluntarily agrees that the management, facility, participants, artists and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employees are expressly released by holder from any claims incidental to the event or purpose for which the ticket is issued. No readmissions. No cameras or recording devises are permitted. All tickets are purchased at risk of inclement weather. Management is not responsible for articles lost, misplaced or stolen at the event for which the ticket grants admission. Time, date and location of the event are subject to change. The ticket will not be replaced, refunded or exchanged for any reason. Shipping, handling and service charges are non-refundable, even if the event is cancelled. Copying the ticket is strictly forbidden and pointless since all tickets are numbered by barcodes.

Due to the Corona Virus Psy-Fi’s “Guardians of Gaia” has been moved to a new date. Read below what this means for your ticket in case you had already bought one for the Guardians of Gaia in 2022.

General

This arrangement is based on the global agreement between ACM, the “Consumentenbond” and the industry concerning refunds and vouchers for events that have been rescheduled or cancelled due to the measures taken against the spread of the Coronavirus. These terms and conditions apply exclusively to the sale of tickets that provide access to the event Psy-Fi Guardians of Gaia 2020 from the Psy-Fi foundationto the holder of (a) ticket(s) (hereinafter: “Customer”). Any “Add-ons”, such as tokens and merchandise, are not covered by these terms and conditions. For these Add-ons, the original terms and conditions of sale apply in full.

The choice made by the Customer is binding and applies to all tickets in the order. The Customer’s choice replaces c.q. modifies the existing agreement between the Psy-Fi foundationand the Customer. 

Article 1: in case the Customer chooses to make a full donation

In case an event is rescheduled or cancelled due to the measures taken against the spread of the Coronavirus, the Customer may choose to convert the paid ticket fees for admission to an event of the Psy-Fi foundationinto a gift to the Psy-Fi foundation.

The existing agreement between the Psy-Fi foundationand the Customer regarding the original order will be dissolved by this choice. The Customer agrees that his/her original order will be cancelled and that his/her right of access to the event in question will thereby lapse. The Customer also agrees that the refund amount to which the Customer is originally entitled as a result of the cancellation of its original order, will be converted into a gift to the Psy-Fi foundationAs a result, there are no further (mutual) obligations between the Psy-Fi foundationand the Customer. 

Article 2: in case the Customer chooses to get a voucher

In case an event is cancelled due to the measures taken against the spread of the Coronavirus, the Customer may choose a voucher.

In case an event is rescheduled due to the measures taken against the spread of the Coronavirus, and the Customer has notified the Psy-Fi foundationwithin four (4) weeks after the announcement of the rescheduling of the event in question that he/she is unable to attend on the new date of the rescheduled event, the Customer may choose for a voucher.

The existing agreement between the Psy-Fi foundationand the Customer regarding the original order will be amended by this choice. The Customer agrees that his/her original order will be cancelled and that his/her right to access the event in question lapse. The Customer also agrees that as a result of this choice his/her right to get a refund of the original ticket price and service costs will lapse. The Customer agrees to receive a voucher.

The voucher will be sent with a voucher code to the email address with which the original purchase was made.

The email with the voucher code will be sent to the Customer from June 2020 (or earlier if possible).

The value (credit) of the voucher includes the original ticket price, including any booking or service fees. 

The value of the voucher can be used for twelve (12) months after issue to purchase a ticket for another event of the Psy-Fi foundationThe validity period will be stated on the voucher. 

If the voucher value is not sufficient for the new order, the difference will have to be paid by the Customer. If the voucher value is greater than the new order, the balance will be paid out as a new voucher to the Customer.

If a partial donation is chosen by the Customer, the voucher value will be reduced by the amount resulting from the donated percentage of the original voucher value as indicated by the Customer. For example: in case the Customer donates 50% of the original voucher value of EUR 100, the Customer will receive EUR 50 credit on the voucher. 

Article 3: in case the Customer chooses to get a refund

In case an event has been rescheduled or cancelled due to the measures taken against the spread of the Coronavirus, and the Customer has notified the Psy-Fi foundationwithin four (4) weeks after the announcement of the rescheduling or cancellation of the event in that he/she cannot make use of a voucher, the Customer can choose for a refund.

The existing agreement between the Psy-Fi foundationand the Customer regarding the original order will thus be dissolved. The Customer agrees that his/her original order will be cancelled and that his/her right to access to the event in question will thereby lapse. In return, the Customer is entitled to a refund of the original ticket price and service fees in money bythe Psy-Fi foundation

The refund of the original ticket price and service fees will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.

If the event has been rescheduled, the refund will be made no later than one (1) month after the new date of the rescheduled event.

If the event has been cancelled, the refund will take place no later than three (3) months after the date of the cancelled event. 

If a partial donation is chosen by the Customer, the refund amount will be reduced by the amount resulting from the donated percentage of the original refund amount as indicated by the Customer. For example: in case of a 50% donation on the original refund amount of EUR 100, EUR 50 will be refunded to the Customer.

OTHER
– To preserve nature we don’t allow confetti and please don’t throw cigarette budds on the ground. Please don’t litter.

– It is important to remember that prevailing laws say that the consumption of certain narcotics is strictly forbidden in the Netherlands. We do not tolerate GHB.
– It is forbidden to carry out any commercial or advertising activities without the written permission of the organizers.

– No glass on the campsite or festival area.

– No open fires on the campsite because of risk of forest fires in the dry season. There are campfires on all beaches.
– A sound and film recording will be produced of the Event. Every person who appears on the recordings can be name-checked only with their agreement, however they may not have any claims to the makers of the recordings or the organizers of the Event.
– It is allowed to take photos, but film and sound recordings about the concerts and programs can only be made with the written permission of the organizers. We prefer if people don’t take pictures due to privacy of our visitors.
– Visitors under the age of 18 and intoxicated guests will not be served with any alcoholic beverages in the cafeterias.
– Please pay extra attention to preserving natural values and do not litter!.

– We do not allow beach tents at the festival area. There are plenty chill-out zones, also around the main stage.

– No flags.
– Organizers take no responsibility for possible damages occurring in persons or valuables.
– There is a lost and found office and safe deposit in operation at the Event.  We cannot take responsibility for valuables left at the event, therefore we recommend the use of a good storage place such as a locker that you can rent on the festival close to the info point.

– The Event will be held regardless of weather conditions unless in the case that the government forces us to shut down due to unsafe weather conditions.
– We reserve the right to alter or change the program.

– Laser pens are strictly forbidden and will be confiscated.

– Any expression of nazi symbols, club or gang symbols will not be tolerated and will lead to the removal of the carrier from the festival terrain.

– The organizers hold the right to deny access to the festival to any person for any reason.
